Appalachian Autumn Hot Spiced Drink
Warm, sweet, and full of fall spice — no cider required.
Ingredients
8 oz hot water
¾–1 oz simple syrup
¼ oz lime juice
⅛ teaspoon Appalachian Autumn
Optional: honey to taste
Directions
Add Appalachian Autumn to the hot water and stir well.
Stir in the simple syrup and lime juice.
Taste and adjust — add a little more Appalachian Autumn for stronger spice or honey for additional sweetness.
Serve hot.
Tip: Because Appalachian Autumn is made with real spices, give it another stir before drinking if some of the spice settles.
For a 4-cup batch
4 cups hot water
½ cup simple syrup
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoon Appalachian Autumn
Honey, optional
Apple Cider Option
Want a more traditional fall drink? Replace some or all of the hot water with warm apple cider.
For an 8 oz drink, try:
4–8 oz warm apple cider
0–4 oz hot water
⅛ teaspoon Appalachian Autumn
Taste first before adding simple syrup — the cider may already be sweet enough.
