Rub, Shake, Bake

  • Dragon Slayer Mocktail

    Warm, wicked, and guaranteed to light a fire where it counts

    Ingredients:

    2 cups cold water

    Juice of 1 lemon (or lime for a twist)

    1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
    Or KETO Friendly 1-2 tsp Monk Fruit

    1/2 tsp Dragon Slayer spice

    Ice (for serving)

    Drill

    In a shaker bottle or jar with a lid, combine all ingredients except ice.

    Shake vigorously until everything is well mixed and the honey dissolves.

    Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

    Pour over ice in a tall glass and enjoy cold

  • Dragon Slayer Crunch Cookies

    Bold ginger, warm clove, and a fiery finish. Dragon Slayer was made for those who like their sweets with a little bite. 🔥🐉

    Makes approximately 24 cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

    • 1 cup granulated sugar

    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

    • 2 large eggs

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

    • 1 teaspoon baking soda

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    • 2 1/2 teaspoons Dragon Slayer Spice Mix

    Dragon Slayer Sugar Coating

    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

    • 1/2 teaspoon Dragon Slayer Spice Mix

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

    3. Cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

    4. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

    5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and Dragon Slayer Spice Mix.

    6. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

    7. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.

    8. Roll each ball in the Dragon Slayer sugar coating.

    9. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

    10. Slightly flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass.

    11. Bake 12–14 minutes until golden brown.

    12. Cool completely on a wire rack.

  • Sandy Buns Cookies

    Sweet, smoky, and just spicy enough to get you in trouble

    Ingredients:

    1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

    1 cup packed brown sugar

    1/4 cup molasses

    1 large egg

    2 1/4 teaspoons Sandy Buns Spice Mix

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    Drill

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add molasses and egg, and beat until fully combined.

    Stir in the Sandy Buns Spice Mix and salt.

    Add the flour and baking soda. Mix just until combined—don’t overmix.

    Scoop dough into 1-inch balls. (Optional: Roll in cinnamon sugar for a crackled top.)

    Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

    Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers look just slightly underdone.

    Let cool on the sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Sandy Buns Mocktail

    Sweet, sharp, and clean—Sandy Buns turns up in every sip

    Ingredients

    ½ teaspoon Sandy Buns

    1 tablespoon Lime juice - 1 oz

    1-3 tbs simple syrup

    8 ounces chilled (mix soda with ice) club soda

    Drill

    Stir lime juice, monk fruit, and Sandy Buns spice in the warm water

    Add the chilled club soda and mix. Enjoy

  • Sandy Buns Spice Cake

    Comforting spice, rich flavor, and just enough kick to keep things interesting.

    Ingredients

    Cake

    • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

    • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

    • 3 large eggs

    • 1/3 cup molasses

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 tablespoon Sandy Buns Spice Mix

    • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    • 1 tsp baking soda

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 1 cup buttermilk

    Optional Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 1/2 cup butter, softened

    • 4 cups powdered sugar

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1/2 tsp Sandy Buns Spice Mix

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    2. Grease a 9x13 baking pan.

    3. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

    4. Beat in eggs one at a time.

    5. Mix in molasses, vanilla, and Sandy Buns Spice Mix.

    6. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.

    7. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

    8. Pour into prepared pan.

    9. Bake 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    10. Cool completely before frosting.

    Frosting

    Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and Sandy Buns Spice Mix. Spread over cooled cake.
